    A gentleman arrives here most mornings at 11:30 to feed the pigeons and other birds. He leaves a significant amount of food for them, sometimes a full loaf of bread. I understand that this is unhealthy for the birds and, even worse, prevents the natural migration cycle. Are there any regulations prohibiting this? If so, could you please enforce them?

    Please address this quality of life issue. Beacon St has been full of potholes and uneven pavement for several years. Is there a plan to resurface the road and bring up to the same quality of roadway as other streets in the city?

    Block off the left turn only lane while left turns are not allowed here due to the Webster St closure. People don't know they can't turn left and end up cramming into a single lane on Wash St. Already saw a car rear ended as a result today.
