    Outside Peet's Coffee (4050 Piedmont Ave) this city-owned trash can - and many others within a 3-block radius - is overflowing. Can we please increase the frequency with which these cans are attended to?? There are problems with this one (& others, like at the crest of 40th St Way, or at corner of Howe St & 40th) every 3-4 days! These kinds of mess really add to unhappiness with and frustration toward the City of Oakland!!

    PLEASE send crews out to examine both 40th Street Way, between Howe & Broadway -- AND 38th between Cerrito & Broadway. Both are WAY BEYOND patching, which is all we've been able to get for over 5 years. Help!?!

We cannot use the gate; this man is disturbed & we decline to confront him. He arrived in his 4-door green Acura on approx July 19, 2022 & has been reported to Alameda County Behavioral Health & OPD several times. Help?!?
