Reported by @otterx via Twitter:Hi, I wanted to report the street lamp at Spring Place, which has not been lit since it's been replaced with the new lamp in mid June. It leaves the alleyway dark & unsafe.

Good Morning, A special lift is needed in order to repair this light. We have to coordinate this with DPW which we called to request the lift, but was told it would be a month or so before we could use it.
If there is any other information that comes my way, I will certainly update you,
