There is a lot next to 2829 Gainesville were a building was being constructed. The construction company was found to be in violation of DCRA regulations and was issued a stop-work order. However, they continue to dump mounds of dirt there and in the process, overtaking a private parking lot. The site is dangerous and kids are playing inside. Please help.
